Brief Summary TTX-080-001 is a Phase 1, open label, dose escalation and dose expansion clinical study to determine the safety, tolerability, and recommended Phase 2 dose of TTX-080 monotherapy (HLA-G inhibitor) and in combination with either pembrolizumab (PD-1 inhibitor) or cetuximab (EGFR inhibitor) in patients with advanced refractory / resistant solid malignancies.

Brief Summary The primary objective of Parts 1 and 2 of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AMG 193 alone and in combination with docetaxel in adult participants with metastatic or locally advanced methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP)-null solid tumors.

Brief Summary This study is open to adults with head and neck cancer or liver cancer. This is a study for people for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find out whether combining different medicines make tumours shrink in people with head and neck cancer or liver cancer. The tested medicines in this study are antibodies that act in different ways against cancer.
