Research Interest

We study signal transduction by G protein-coupled receptors. We use genetic approaches to characterize receptor structure/function and to identify novel factors that regulate receptor activity. Key words: G proteins, RhoGAP, glioblastoma, pituitary and thyroid adenoma.
