Statistical methods for community-based cancer interventions and health disparities research; understanding the social and behavioral risk factors for racial/ethnic disparities in health; community-based participatory research theory, practice, implementation and evaluation; forging community-campus partnerships through community engagement, organization and coalition building; and developing evidence-based, culturally competent, community-based interventions that reduce the risk of preventable disease in vulnerable populations.
