Gynecologic Oncology

Primary Academic Title

Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Washington University School of Medicine

Research Interest

My research interests are 1) to understand the molecular mechanisms that provide resistance to cellular stress to promote cancer survival and growth, and 2) to develop novel post-adjuvant therapies targeting critical dependency of ovarian cancer. I am currently studying the molecular mechanisms that maintain protein homeostasis and provide resistance endoplasmic reticulum stress to promote ovarian cancer growth under chemotherapy stress. I am also interested in cancer epigenetics, transcriptomics, and chemoresistance.
