Primary Academic Title

Associate Professor of Radiology, Division of Radiological Sciences, Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine

Research Interest

Development and clinical applications of novel radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography (PET). Investigations include the design and synthesis of new tracers, in vitro and ex vivo screening, as well as in vivo imaging of animals. Promising tracers are evaluated for radiation dosimetry and pharmaceutical quality, and automated production is developed to streamline delivery to human subjects. Translational research creates new imaging methods for noninvasive evaluation of pathological processes in oncology patients.
