This year Swim Across America is making its way back to Missouri for its third St. Louis Open Water Swim in support of the Siteman Cancer Center. There will be a .5 mile, 1.2 mile, and 2.4 mile swim course options.

The 6th annual Celebrate Style is continuing its tradition of hosting a fashion show featuring St. Louis cancer survivors.
