At Siteman Cancer Center, every mammogram is read by an imaging expert with the skill, knowledge and experience only a national leader can deliver. At Siteman, our radiologists are part of a team of Washington University physicians that includes sub-specialized breast health experts.
To improve the convenience and availability of mammography, Siteman operates a mobile mammography van that offers screenings by appointment at various locations in the St. Louis area and beyond. Using state-of-the-art 3D mammography equipment to obtain quality screening mammographic images. These images are then interpreted by Washington University School of Medicine breast imaging specialists. Each exam takes about 20 minutes, requiring very little time from your busy schedule. Results are available in MyChart within seven days.
