Dean David Perlmutter, MD, discusses Siteman’s impact over 20 years

Dean and Executive Vice Chancellor of Medical Affairs at Washington University School of Medicine, David Perlmutter, MD, says when he left Washington University in 2001 the Siteman Cancer Center was almost unnoticeable. Perlmutter returned in 2015 and says Siteman has seen incredible growth that has deeply impacted the region. The dean notes the influence Siteman has had nationally in the areas of cancer genomics and immunotherapy.
