Research Interest

As a member of our sarcoma specialist team, Dr. Van Tine cares for patients diagnosed with sarcomas and rare tumors through treatment and recovery. Learn more about how Dr. Van Tine and Siteman approach extremity and non-extremity sarcoma treatment and recovery. Clinical interest in the treatment of soft tissue and bone sarcomas. Research interest focuses on the study of the genomics and genetics of bone and soft tissue sarcomas. Using a combination of whole genomic sequencing and human in mouse xenografting, the Van Tine lab works to identify the druggable driving pathways for the treatment of sarcomas.
