The Siteman Cancer Center mammography van makes it easy to get your mammogram. The mammography van is equipped with 3D mammography or tomosynthesis and will be at the following locations. This 8-week group is open to Siteman Cancer Center patients who identify as LGBTQ+. This group serves as a space dedicated to reducing disparities by empowering LGBTQ+ cancer patients and providing a safe space for LGBTQ+ patients to share and reflect on the ways in which they may promote health and resilience within their own lives as well as community. This group is not a mental health group but rather is educational and supportive in nature; weekly topics include:

  • discussion of identity,
  • body image,
  • affirmative care,
  • sexual health,
  • relationship and intimacy,
  • self-care, and
  • community-based resources

A monthly peer group for individuals and their loved ones impacted by lung cancer. Whether you are a patient or caring for someone in treatment, you are welcome to discuss treatment options and learn from expert guest speakers. The goal of this group is to empower and educate individuals while navigating and managing lung cancer.

  • Connect with fellow participants in a supportive and informative environment
  • Share experiences, insights, and resources
  • Learn from others with similar experiences
