Join us for the 12th Annual Head for the Cure 5K- St. Louis as they raise funds, awareness, and hope for the St. Louis brain tumor community! Funds raised through this event will locally benefit the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine, and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives. “Make Waves to Fight Cancer” and join Swim Across America for their 9th Annual Swim Across America St. Louis Open Water Swim! Swimmers of all ages and skill levels are invited to take part in our 9th annual event, held on beautiful Alpine Lake at Innsbrook Resort.
