Brief Summary The primary objective of Parts 1 and 2 of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AMG 193 alone and in combination with docetaxel in adult participants with metastatic or locally advanced methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP)-null solid tumors.

Brief Summary This is a phase I trial of CA-4948 in combination with FOLFOX/PD-1 inhibitor with or without trastuzumab for unresectable gastric, GEJ, and esophageal cancer. During the Dose Escalation portion of the study, different dose levels of CA-4948 in combination with FOLFOX/nivolumab will be evaluated by BOIN algorithm.

Brief Summary This is a randomized phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate the safety of an optimized neoantigen synthetic long peptide (SLP) vaccines in pancreatic cancer patients following neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The neoantigen SLP vaccines will incorporate prioritized neoantigens and will be co-administered with poly-ICLC. Patients will be randomized to one of two arms: Arm 1 (neoantigen vaccine following neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery) or Arm 2 (neoantigen vaccine following neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the window prior to surgery).
