Research Interest

As a molecular pathologist, the primary goal of my research is to develop molecular methods that can be used to guide therapy in cancer patients. The major focus of my research has been to design sequencing based assays that can be used to monitor tumor burden in leukemia and MDS patients. Such assays can be used to determine treatment efficacy or monitor for disease recurrence.
