Primary Academic Title

Assistant Professor of Medicine, WashU Medicine

Clinical Expertise

Research Interest

My research in cardo-oncology focuses on leveraging patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to generate cardiovascular cells. I employ high-throughput CRISPR screens to identify off-target mechanisms that contribute to cardiovascular toxicity associated with anti-cancer drugs. My ultimate goals is to develop personalized cancer therapies that minimize off-target cardiovascular effects, ensuring safer and more effective treatment options for patients.
