PLEASE JOIN US at our third annual forum for head and neck cancer survivors and caregivers to gather, learn, and support one another. Learn from renowned head and neck cancer surgeon and scientist, Dr. Joseph M. Curry, and enjoy a reception with refreshments.

The event will be held in Moore Auditorium in North Building. You will enter from the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center (520 S Euclid Ave, St. Louis, MO)

Parking is available in the Metro Garage – 4560 Children’s Place, St. Louis, MO 63110

Parking is also available in the Barnes-Jewish Euclid Garage – 224 S Euclid Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110

Directional signage will be placed to guide you from the garage to the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center.
