Young Adult Cancer Survivor Exercise Group

A no-pressure, supportive exercise group open to ALL young cancer survivors at any fitness level. A fun, lively and welcoming program led by Dawn Brown, a certified personal trainer. Each week is different. From cardio, kickboxing, strength training, and yoga, we have it all! Don’t miss this opportunity to keep moving and feeling good. Bring water and a mat. The center has mats if you don’t own one. A dedicated yoga session is held the last Tuesday of every month.
