Through rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus, participants can learn to ease physical and emotional tension. For cancer patients, survivors and caregivers at any level of performance and physical condition. Led by certified yoga instructors. No reservation is necessary. Young Adult Cancer Survivor Exercise Group

A no-pressure, supportive exercise group open to ALL young cancer survivors at any fitness level. A fun, lively and welcoming program led by Dawn Brown, a certified personal trainer. Each week is different. From cardio, kickboxing, strength training, and yoga, we have it all! Don’t miss this opportunity to keep moving and feeling good. Bring water and a mat. The center has mats if you don’t own one. A dedicated yoga session is held the last Tuesday of every month. Look Good…Feel Better is dedicated to improving the self-esteem and quality of life of women undergoing treatment of cancer. Look Good Feel Better is a non-medical, brand-neutral public service program that teaches beauty techniques to cancer patients to help them manage the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment. Registration required, call 314-286-1950.
