Deadlines:

Abstracts submitted by 3/10/2026 will be considered for trainee oral presentations (~15min each) and trainee lightning talks (5min each).  Abstracts submitted by this deadline but not selected for trainee presentations or lightning talks, will be asked to be presented as a poster.  All abstracts submitted by this deadline will be considered for awards.  Presenters will be notified by 4/1/26.

Abstracts submitted 3/11/2026 through 4/10/2026 will be poster presentations by default and will not be considered for oral presentations nor awards.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Format: Title, Authors, Abstract body (Introduction/significance, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and potential Impact) on a single page.
  • Abstract body of no more than 500 words.
  • Persuasive data/images may be added on a single second page. Persuasive data/images should be referenced in the abstract, be clear, and legible. A figure legend(s) and a single caption should be included for added clarity.
  • Abstracts should be submitted using the link above as a single PDF of no more than two pages.

Abstract Awards:

Abstracts received by 3/10/2026 will be reviewed for originality, approach, significance/impact, and presentation.  We anticipate a total of three trainee awards–top scoring trainee oral presentation, top scoring trainee lighting talk, and top scoring trainee poster.
