1. Regulation of cell death by apoptosis. 2. Expression and function of apoptosis-inducing ligands such as FasL and TRAIL. 3. Expression and function of death receptors such as Fas, TRAIL receptor and TWEAK. 4. Control of tumor growth in the eye by apoptosis-inducing ligands. 5. Mechanisms controlling angiogenesis in tumors and in the eye.
