Primary Academic Title

Professor of Medicine, Division of Oncology, Section of Molecular Oncology, Washington University School of Medicine

Research Interest

Translating genome-based knowledge through integrative analysis of high-throughput genomic technologies into the development of novel diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic strategies in cancer. Developing novel computational approaches to elucidate “driver” mutations within common carcinomas that may be hidden by nonspecific aberrations that will subsequently be validated in preclinical models.
