Restorative Meditation and Mindfulness Program

Restorative meditation is a program that uses training in mindfulness to help people to reduce stress and anxiety, and may help increase focus and concentration. It could also help manage health problems and help you live your life more fully. Mindfulness can be described as non-judgmental, non-striving, moment-by-moment attention. It is often called present-centered awareness. We will be using formal and informal mindfulness practices and meditation, as well as guided imagery and tapping.
