Restorative Self Care Program

Come and learn how to take care of your whole person. In this series we will learn how foods and spices can help maintain or restore health, healthy eating and other healthy habits. We will learn about how to explore the needs of a person living with cancer and different ways to help ourselves. We will also explore how to regain control of our life. We will talk about pain and the different treatments and how some of the non-conventional modalities could help with the pain treatment.
