Plan to Enhance Diversity (PED): Data Monitoring

In an effort to monitor change and progress towards a more diverse cancer research workforce, we will assess the demographic makeup of our faculty, staff, and trainees at least every other year via a confidential online survey. All Siteman affiliated faculty, staff, and trainees are invited, but they may select the option “prefer not to answer” for any, or all, of the questions. This data will only be shared in aggregate form and will be used for scholarly purposes and for reporting to the NIH, the University, and other primary stakeholders. Identifiable data will NOT be shared.

Any respondent who wishes to change their response prior to the next survey cycle may do so by emailing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office.
