  • Answering questions related to insurance options
  • Connecting you to Siteman’s survivorship program
  • Advising on end-of-life care
  • Navigating legal health care documents like health care directives and power of attorney

  • Supporting your caregiver or caregivers
  • Establishing mental health care through counseling
  • Answering questions on how to apply for disability
  • Addressing financial concerns related to your cancer treatment
  • Locating lodging for those traveling from out-of-town
  • Joining a support group or groups
